Karl-Josef Laumann, Minister for Labor, Health and Social Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia attended the Integration Department of the Springtec Group Schrimpf & Schöneberg
Springtec Group Schrimpf & Schöneberg, since more than 80 years on the market, it’s a company with 60 employees, there will be pressure-, tension- and torsion-springs and wire-, punched- and punched-bending parts manufactured. The Springtec Group employs a total of 140 employees and has highly modern machinery. The company is certificated to ISO TS 16949.
For many years, with the best experience with ?Iserlohner Werkstätten? was with promoting of the federal state and those of LWL integration department of the collaborated plant "Im Klosterkamp" in Hagen-Hohenlimburg launched. After approval by the LWL in September 2008 was the beginning at 02.01.2009.
Jobs are planned for 24 people, including 12 for people with disabilities in accordance with § 132 SGB IX. It is a working model with 35 hours a week in a two-shift operation.
Four employees were after a four-week internship until now firmly set, from the ?Iserlohner Werkstätten? are shortly 2-3 employees taken over and also receive a permanent social security work. The field of activity includes grinding, setting and packing of springs according to customer requirements and various technical activities around technical springs.
