| About us We want to serve our customers even better in the future and are therefore continually extending our range of products and services. In addition to broadening our manufacturing and product portfolio, which covers virtually the complete range of springs, stampings and bent parts, we also offer our know-how as competent product development partners. We have found new ways of pursuing this aim and joined forces with strong partners. Our strengths will be bundled where needed. With specialised manufacturing at different locations and centralisation in the areas of technology and sales, we have laid the foundation for even more successful cooperation in the future. The partner companies C.W. Hanebeck Söhne GmbH, Iserlohn, Friedhelm Nüsken GmbH, Halver and Schrimpf & Schöneberg GmbH & Co. KG, Hagen, all in Germany, have joined forces to form a strong group, for which a concise, characteristic trademark has been created and registered. The new identity for the Springtec Group was thus adopted in 2007. This means no change of company names, but an additional name to supplement to the traditional trade names of the member companies, which will continue to operate as separate legal entities. The name “Springtec” describes to our international customers the nature of our manufacturing business; the logo next to it contains scripts referring to our core competences: winding, bending and stamping. A fourth company, the Löw facility in Mauer near Heidelberg, joined the Group on January 1, 2010 and significantly extended our portfolio of products and services, which was already extensive. |
